Returns & Shipping

Shipping

Accra Delivery

Complimentary delivery is available within Accra. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 1–3 business days of dispatch. You will receive a notification once your order is on its way.

Nationwide Shipping

We ship to all regions across Ghana. Nationwide delivery takes 3–5 business days from dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer standard international shipping through our website. For international orders, please contact us directly at hello@akuasante.com and we will arrange a bespoke delivery solution for you.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 12:00 PM on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details where available. You can also view your order status in your account under Orders.

Returns & Refunds

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or are missing tags will not be accepted for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale and discounted items
  • Bespoke and custom-made orders
  • Items purchased during promotional events
  • Accessories (earrings, intimates)

How to Return

To initiate a return, email us at hello@akuasante.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorisation.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or colour of the same item, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return. If your preferred option is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue at hello@akuasante.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
