1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Akua Asante website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are displayed in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Product images are as accurate as possible; however, colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and photographic conditions.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders & Payment

By submitting an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been accepted.

Payments are processed securely through Paystack. We accept card payments and mobile money. We do not store your full payment details. In the event of a failed payment, your order will not be confirmed until payment is successfully completed.

4. Bespoke & Custom Orders

For bespoke and custom commissions arranged through our Branding Services or atelier, a non-refundable deposit is required to commence work. Full payment is due upon completion before delivery. Custom pieces are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and design — is the intellectual property of Akua Asante and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Akua Asante shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability in connection with any product purchase shall not exceed the price paid for that product.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
